Engineering & Technology
[CET] was established in 2002
under the aegis of Hindu Educational Society, Moradabad,
registered in 1920 under the Societies Registration Act 1860.
Promoted by a group of public-spirited entrepreneurs under the
stewardship of Shri Onkar Saran Kothiwal committed to the
development of professional education, one of the major aims of
this Society is to impart high quality education in the fields
of Engineering & Technology , Management, Computer Applications, Pharmacy and Medical
Science. The members of the society, specially its president,
have vast experience in their respective fields of business and
also in setting up and successfully managing various educational
institutions and are well known for their contribution in
developing facilities for the professional and technical
education in this part of country.
The College of
Engineering Technology (CET), affiliated to U.P.
Technical University, Lucknow, has over the years developed as a
fast growing and upcoming institution of Engineering &
Technology offering five most sought after branches of B. Tech
namely, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science &
Engineering, Information Technology, Bio-Technology and
Mechanical Engineering. Each of the branch has its own
independent infrastructure which includes separate building
having lecture halls, tutorial rooms, laboratories, faculty
rooms and seminar hall.
With a committed Governing Body, an illustrious
Advisory Board and dedicated Director to oversee its
functioning, in a short span of time, CET has made phenomenal
progress and has become one of the most sought after
institutions in the country. The special position which the
Institute has come to occupy in the academic world, as well as
the unique features it has developed in the recent years, has
resulted from the unwavering commitments of the Institute and
the mandate it has given to itself in term of those commitments.
